Back pages are bent near the bottom, as if the book has been stored with that bend and it had taken. Some chipping at the top and bottom of the spine, bumping on the corners and edges.

Some bumping on the edges and corners, one map shows a frayed edge from having been folded so that the edge was past the text block, 1/2 inch tear at the top of the front hinge. "1912 written in pencil inside the front cover, two prev. owner's names written on the first couple pages, one more on a sticker, the other in pencil ineptly erased. Some pencil notes on the blank side of the first map, price and something else written on the rear free endpaper, which is creased.
